I became involved in the cleaning industry in 1980 and in 1986 I formed Concord Cleaning with the real conviction that service would be at the core of the Company.
Over the last 16 years we have grown and moved with Technology and techniques but service is still at the core.
Our present team consists of myself, Steve Cheetham operations Manager, Lesa Glenister Oficce Manager, Sam, Abdul, Tony and Steve Area Supervisors, 20 full time cleaning operatives, 80 part time cleaning operatives.
We look after 130 sites around the London Area
Some of our customers include Balfour Beatty, Amec, B.P., Royal Alexandra and Albert School, Ladbrokes, Enterprise House and C.I.P.F.A.
Over the past year we have looked to offer a wider choice of services and several members of staff have received intense training in pest control, Marble terrazzo grinding and portable appliance testing.
I feel Concord Cleaning has been successful by investing in staff, all staff are treated with respect and made to feel an important part of the company in return we get loyalty and a very low turnover of staff.
Builders Cleans
We carry out builders cleans for many contractors including Murphys Amec Balfour Beatty, Pectel, Pollock, Cornich.
These cleans turn a building site into a finished project.
Carpet Cleaning
We have found a carpet upholstery system that really works.
This System has revolutionised the way commercial carpet is cleaned. It is now possible for excellent results to be achieved very easily and with an amazing 30 minute drying time making it the most practical system for commercial work.
We now offer this service to domestic customers.
Site Hut Cleaning
We do specialise in this type of cleaning
We work very closely with some of the major building and civil engineering companies including Amec, Balfour Beatty, Murphy’s and have cleaned the site Portacabins on several projects including London Ring main, Jubilee Line Extension, Channel Tunnel Link, Gatwick, Heathrow and Stanstead Airports, University hospital and The A120 project.
